Good Morning! So I weighed in this morning and I lost .2 lbs. My starting weight was 166.4, last week 3/12 I lost exactly 3 lbs and this week .2lbs. So I am down 3.2! I am proud of myself.. a loss is a loss! I just need to keep up the motivation to keep eating right and working out. I would ideally like to lose 20lbs by July13th. However, I will take whatever my body allows be. With hard work and motivation I can do anything.
