Love them! Thought I would share with those who may need some ideas! I started the fat blasting challenge yesterday. This includes intervals on the elliptical trainer. I did 35 minutes yesterday. 5 min warm up, 30 seconds of GO HARD OR GO HOME, as fast as your feet can take you then 10 seconds of rest, and repeat 30 times. Let's just say, I was one sweaty beast and actually felt like I worked out. I woke up this morning and totally felt it. Gonna do it again today at the gym after work!
